Potted Rose Supplied in Plastic Pot or Gro Bag. May be supplied as a recently potted dormant plant during Winter while into Spring and Summer will be well established and possibly flowering. A potted rose will be settled long enough to establish that it has a good survival rate. Protect from frost, heat from hot surfaces, wind and poor weather. Keep pots well watered. Available and suitable to plant all year.
Do not under any circumstances “bare root” a potted rose to plant it. If the plant isn’t well established in the pot yet in rainy weather is the best time to plant it out. If you can wait until it’s roots have grown into the potting medium all the better. Planting in the heat is a no no. Refer to our planting notes on the website for more information.

Bare-Root Rose will be supplied only in water for collect (please bring a bucket to transfer them to; for postal and freight only in damp paper with sawdust, sphagnum or peat moss and as the name suggests with bare roots ready to plant and must be planted immediately after soaking for 24 hours on arrival. Bare-root roses have more risk of non-survival than a potted rose and generally one would expect 80-90% survival rates. It is strongly recommended your garden bed or pot be ready for planting and for collect orders please collect asap. There will be an additional charge for potting of all collect orders not picked up within 3 days of notification. Only available June/July of each year.

Bagged or Gift Boxed Rose will be supplied in a commercially bagged medium. These are to be considered as above and whilst they will last longer, it is highly recommended to soak 24 hours and plant as soon as possible. Only available Mid May to Mid Aug of each year.

Water well, mulch to maintain even dampness with no fertilisers at planting or for approx. 3 weeks until established.
Eumundi Roses does not offer refunds or replacements for any reason.
Your beautiful new roses should flower by about November of the same year.

Please Note: Registered Varieties are protected by the Plant Breeders Rights Act which states these plants should not be propagated commercially except under license. Eumundi Roses is supplied by Licensed Propagators.
