24 hours notice please. The phones and emails will be answered for check stock enquiries or other matters of necessity.
We will advise regarding your order, delivery etc. We don’t want you to worry but we do need the time away from the computer to process lots of orders. Gate will re-open in October with all the new stock flowering by then.

The nursery/farm is open
Wed to Sun 7am till 5pm (sometimes we will close for maintenance or extreme weather etc.) please check first-
Outside those hours please make an appointment.
Avoid contact between 7am/9am or 3pm to 4pm weekdays to allow us to catch couriers and post. If you leave a message we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
If you’ve come a long way and come to a locked gate we apologise. If we don’t have sufficient staff. Just occasionally we will need to close.
It’s worth an ask if you see someone around or try the phone. We might be able to open for you.

We may also close occasionally when the weather is extreme or when we need to perform urgent or necessary tasks.
Best to order, check stock or send a wishlist for cut flowers or for plants by email or order online prior to coming to the nursery.
We will advise when ready to collect/send.
It can avoid lengthy wait times or disappointment that we may not have what you’re after.
Please phone or text to 0402052558 or email to eumundiroses1@gmail.com
Phone text is the best form of contact if your order is urgent. Text messages are checked minimum twice a day.
During peak times our response may be delayed and replied to according to priority and urgency.
We apologise for any upset or inconvenience this may cause. We are doing our best to look after the plants and get your orders on their way.
Delays are normal for roses and chrysie. They may not be dug yet; they may not be ready to travel; they may be in propagation process.
When time permits we will send advice as to how your order is progressing. We now send an email to notify the order is ready and it won’t be long till sending. The tracking will then be sent by the courier/express post once the order is consigned to send.
If you have any concerns or fears please send me a “friendly” email. We are not a scam. We’re a business that has been operating on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland for more than 30 years. We’re locals looking after people to the best of our ability.

We understand the frustrations of not knowing or trying to prepare for a delivery, unsure of when it will arrive. Please wait patiently for our advice to come. Abusive and abrupt emails are really not helpful and only slow down the delivery process for everyone.
Reviews: We love your positive feedback online. It helps our business enormously. Negative feedback; please consider first the harm that it can do if you don’t have all the facts from both sides. We would much prefer you contact us directly and we’ll work to sort out the problem. If it’s an issue with delivery or damage in transit please refer the matter to the responsible party. Once the goods leave our premises they are in the care and responsibility of yourselves and the delivery service.

Please note: The service area is South East Queensland only for cut flowers and bridal deliveries
Postal/Freight delivery is available for plants to QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and ACT
Bare Root Rose season is only from June to August each year. Otherwise the roses are potted.
Bare Root Roses must be sent/collected immediately for best survival. If not collected immediately Eumundi Roses will pot them and keep them that way if needed. An extra charge for the potting will be added. They may be dug at different times. Potted plants will be held for up to 2 months and possibly resold if we cannot contact you after that time. Payment will be forfeited in these circumstances. Please call or email us if you think you’re order should have been ready and you haven’t been contacted.
Fruit plants may have some travel restrictions.
Please note that WA, NT and TAS have strict quarantine requirements. Deliveries to these destinations is not available.

Warranty enquiries: Please include a series of dated photographs of the plant/plants from the time they arrived to the time you are making the complaint. These need to include closeups of the unpackaging process, where the roses are growing, amount of sunlight, etc. We prefer to be contacted prior to the demise of the plant so that we might be able to help. Incorrect labelling is something we take on an individual basis. We are going to firstly need to prove that actual plant was purchased from us and the labelling hasn’t been mixed up after delivery. We will look at likelihood and work from there. The plant will need to be in it’s original pot and in same condition of purchase if you would like to swap it.
The customer will be responsible for all freight/postage/transport of mislabels unless we admit negligence on our part rather than our supplier.

Most common cause of death of plants is lack of water or planting in shade or competing with roots of other plants. Heat transfer from concrete driveways, etc, metal fences and the lack can cause rapid decline of a plant during hot weather. Do not add fertilisers at planting. All manure must be aged.
For cut flowers; keep cool, out of draughts and as dark as possible. No warranty is given once flowers leave our workroom or are delivered to site.

79 Don Napier Road, Eumundi. Please park along the driveway near the office at the Bunya Pine to the right of the driveway. If you go past the polyhouses you’ve gone too far.
We ask people to please allow staff to pick out the plants. There is no public liability insurance. It is easy to damage plants and it’s not always safe to wander on your own here. Therefore please be careful how you tread and wear sensible shoes. One day we may be able to afford lots of concrete and bitumen but that day hasn’t come yet. Our prices are reasonable and you’re not paying for an insurance company to be involved. Open to the public; but mindful of our need to get the work done. We are more than happy to share our experience in growing and offer assistance where needed. Hoping to add more of that type of information to the website. Just takes some time but please keep a lookout in the information and blogs on the website.
Many thanks to all our wonderful visitors.
